Hi, I’m Siobhan a general Virtual assistant here to assist you.
I’m a mother of 2 teen boys, 3 doggos, and 2 kitties. I have a deep desire to make sure my kids are taken care of as most moms/parents are, that means that by making sure I’m taking care of my needs so they don’t have any feeling of obligation when it comes time to want to do what they want they can. I also have a deep passion for helping others and I want to be able to in a short time and create jobs/opportunities for others to help and make their journeys easier as well.
I can offer you time back in your precious hours to work on the more profitable tasks while I handle daily tasks such as your email. I can keep them organized into necessary folders, create rules to automate movement to folders, indicate ones that need to be looked over by you when you check your emails, and notify you of ones that need your immediate attention. I can help with scheduling in your calendar for business and even personal needs as I understand that both are important. I can help with billing/invoicing both in your business and personally if desired. Other daily tasks that I’m suitable for are designing via Canva, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Internet Research, Data Entry, and even personal tasks such as buying and sending gifts and/or cards.
